The Manager, Executive & Corporate Compensation is responsible for the design, administration, and analysis of company-wide executive and corporate compensation programs. This role oversees stock plan administration, supports Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors processes and materials, contributes to the annual proxy Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A), leads annual merit and incentive cycles, serves as the system owner for the SuccessFactors HRIS compensation module, and ensures job architecture and job descriptions are accurate and aligned with organizational strategy. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and senior leadership to ensure compensation programs are competitive, compliant, performance-driven, and operationally sound.
